I used this location as I was out of town, I normally go to the Milwaukee branch. This was a Friday and they weren’t very busy. I walked in and no one even greeted me. I walked up to the teller, I think it was Kayla or Kyle, very unprofessional person, was using slang talk I didn’t understand what was being said to me. I made a withdrawal and this person couldn’t even count the money back to me, just pushed it towards me. I counted the money and it was short $20. I asked for $300 in twenties and receive $280.. Wow! Employees that don’t even count the money back to you, not to mention it was short. Is this person doing this to all the members, are they stealing from the customers? After I brought to their attention, the money was recounted by the teller and I was given the correct amount, the teller pushed it back towards me. No apology, no thank you, just pushed money towards me and then walked away from me. First time ever in this location and it will be my last. Very unprofessional business and employees. I’m moving my account once I get back.

I had bad experience with Marine credit union 10 years ago and have never went back! Now my son had someone open a loan in his name and he called them to report this. Instead of investigating this they ignored it and now there is a state levy against my son. Do not ever bank at this bank. They do not help anyone whatsoever

Most of the tellers in waupun look for a reason not to help you!!! The blonde girl with the thick make up on her face is the worst. She thinks she the manager..... maybe she is! Scary! Very very scary! She tries her hardest not to deposit any personal check. Stobb.... forget her first name is the best person there!! She uses common sense..... something the rest of them lack ! I would not recommend for anybody to do any sort of business there! They try to charge something for anything you do. Think they have a charge for using the restroom!! Credit union is not open on Saturdays, the reason being that they had no business on Saturdays.... ugh!! I say bs to that. Always busy on Saturdays, every time I was in there on Saturday there was always a line. Saturday was the only time I could take care of my banking. If you like to pull ur hair out in frustration every time you need to do banking....then this credit union is for you! If you like stress free banking go elsewhere.
I was told a story by a teller how an old woman came in and all she had was (5) five Morgan dollar coins.
(Mind you the teller is giggling while telling me). They would only give her (5) five dollars. Nobody would step up and offer her a reasonable offer. Morgan’s at a minimum $25. Per coin. After the lady left the teller pulled the Coins and each person there took a coin.. they knew the value! I guess it was nice of them to wait until the lady left.
My advice is stay away!!

I've been banking here almost 30 years... So you'd think they know me, BUT Recently, a friend of mine went thru drive thru to deposit $200 for me when I was out of town. It was a Friday and I needed the money real bad. Another deposit had been made via drive thru earlier that day by a family member for me. My friend wrote down my name on a paper and included it w the cash.
The teller thanked her for the deposit but NEVER COMPLETED THE TRANSACTION! Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday the money is nowhere to be found but the first deposit is in there.
This bank is CLOSED SATURDAYS, Sundays & on Monday it was closed too. So, Tues morning, I'm home from vacation, together we go in to find out who pocketed the money. The same not so bright girl is now working the counter, she says "oh, I couldn't read your last name".. But we tried to call you on Friday. One phone call, four days ago!! If you couldn't read my last name, how the f*#k did you know to call me? I found a voicemail message after I left the bank. Now, my last name is like a baseball team, it's not common. Why in the world do you let the person in drive leave without completing the transaction? #pathetic
My cash was sitting in a drawer. I wish I could say it was a one off, but it's the way they do business. Poorly trained help and high turnover.

I bring cash in regularly for deposit. They’ve always been so helpful and lovely to me. I love how family like this branch is. I’ve gotten grossed out looks before over my career choices at other banks. Kyle is an angel.
