I’d like to say that Aqua Finance is an amazing company to work for HOWEVER it is easy to feel like just a number even years following employment. I had started my career off strong at the beginning of 2018 as a single mom. By December 2018 I had undergone an emergency heart surgery for a condition that was not only threatening my life but impacting my ability to perform my job. Having tried to work with the company I returned after a single week of recovery and put on what’s called a “personal improvement plan” or an expectation to perform as required. After heavy consideration for my health and well-being I surrendered my position to allow for someone healthier and able to take over at expectation. Fast forward 4.5 years, no longer a single mother, healthy , and many job openings by Aqua, I have applied 2-3 times and was told AFTER being offered a position that I was ineligible for rehire due to attendance? And was not given the opportunity to speak to the person who deemed me such. I was an AR 2 and loved my job and this company. The benefits were outstanding. The company dynamic was more like family and I truly believe they are better than this in the ways they care for their employees. It is just easy to feel lost and forgotten about in an ever moving system with companies hosting large successes as this. That being said I hope this is seen as an opportunity to reconsider not only myself but the avenues of corporate/employee empathy other than the opportunity to bonus and gift card give aways. (Which is another great part of working for Aqua!) you would think that If positions are available and there is a prospect with exact prior qualifications who WANTS TO BE THERE AND PERFORM that they would take the opportunity just as much as they’ve accepted the hand of employees who have left on negative premises. This is why I’m thinking the situation is more so of forgotten and numerical circumstances and unfortunately a rough one to get around even years later.

The best finance company I could've ever worked with. I've always made my payments, but my family and I were affected by hurricane Ian. I called in concerned but the Representative I spoke too named Paula S. assured me that they were here for me and could help during this time. I loved how Paula was able to reassure me and even get confirmation on my questions. She is indeed an asset to your company and one of the nicest people I have spoken to at Aqua Finance. This customer service is what I believe keeps clients like me loyal! Thank you again Paula ! And thank you Aqua for hiring such great people!

My representative tonight was very pleasant, informative, kind, and knowledgeable. She helped set up my account, didn't pressure me to make a payment, gave me specifics regarding grace period on my account as well as explaining my statements and interest payments. She went above and beyond in assisting me and even stated she will check back to make sure my account/payment setup processed correctly. Great customer service!

Can’t say enough great things about Aqua Finance and how they have helped my clients get the money they needed for their home repairs. Ryan and Mark worked with me daily as a start up company and with the relationship we have built I have been running double digit increases month after month. Their process is streamlined and very simple to use getting me funded almost immediately after job is completed. Rates are good and most importantly my clients are very happy! Ryan has accepted a promotion and I have been given a new rep. Megan. She ( Megan ) has some big shoes to fill but is doing a amazing job taking over our account, talking daily with my sales manager and going the extra distance to get more deals done!

If I could give this place 0 stars and have it show up I would. Work there for almost 5years and that's impressive because the turnover rate is insane. If you just got hired, plan to cry your first few days. EVERYone does. HR is ruthless and only for the money, the managers have been there 20+yrs so favoritism is never going away. They developed a new mission and values statement and I can tell you that was thrown out the window before it started.
The amount of HR staff fired and changed every year should tell you exactly how this company operates and it treats it's customers the same

By far the worst experience I’ve had with any company … EVER.
These guys are a scam, bad customer service, and bad record keeping.
Their Auto-Pay doesn’t work all the time and they WILL charge you extra for their mistakes.
Whenever you want to address an issue, you’ll be on hold for about 2 business days. All of it is just bad.

I would give them negative 5 stars, they con you into buying their equipment, then they installed it where it would freeze. Getting them back to do the repairs takes forever. They scammed me out of 9 grand and their equipment sucks. They're nothing but con artists and scammed. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
