Cash Store, Wausau, WI

Have been doing business at the cash store on 17th Ave in wausau for a few years now, and no one has ever been as helpful as Alana. Very helpful,and courteous.

I've had no problems here. The Amanda girl though. She's beautiful. She has great customer service. If I were to send someone to take out a loan. I'd send them there.

U say your open till 6pm? I called earlier today and spoke with a lady who i asked if i were to show up at 5:50pm if i could come in and get customer service. She stated she would help, I showed up at 5:50 not being able to open the door while the open sign was on in the window and as I peeked through the window I saw this blonde lady just shaking her head like she wouldn't come and get the door. Maybe u should put your actual hours as 10am to whenever you want. I will not be back!

Absolutely love the customer service here. Cheyanne was absolutely amazing. She had great customer service and made the painful paperwork process fun and flawless.

Horrific experience!! I was exploited for extra money 💵that I didn't owe! Even though I had the documentation to confirm that I didn't owe Anymore money they didn't acknowledge that. They proceeded to charge me additional fees which I didn't owe anyway. I wanted to payoff my account so I paid the extra money that they demanded!! I don't know how people can live with themselves knowing that they are exploiting customers. They are not even ACCREDITED with the BBB. Please stay away from this company. 😪😕

It kind of wrong to trick people to come to the store with a pre Approval amount that pretty decent then when they get there you only offer them $50. Only reason I'm giving you 2 star is because the person working was lovely.

This was a great experience, they gave me just the perfect amount of what I needed, great financing options, and Courtney was very helpful and made the loaning process easy to understand, I definitely will come back here if I need cash assistance again!
