The employees are great, but good luck ever being able to access your account using their website as it's ALWAYS "down for maintenance." At least they hire good people for the offices.

Just finished up at heights finance and got approved for a loan to help move into my apartment soon and may zer vang a consumer loan specialist was very professional and polite and got everything wrapped up and taken care of in a matter of 1-2 hours..

The service here was very quick called to make the loan n 30 minutes later we got it and here we are with getting the vehicle. The Branch Manager is excellent. Very nice people here. So if u need a loan come to Heights Finance.

May was very nice and accommodating. She was very nice and sweet. She explained everything. My only complaint is the amount of time it took to complete everything. I was there almost 2 hours. I don't know if that's just how long it takes. Other than that, everything was very professional and very helpful.
