This branch has the best staff hands down, very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend Jasmine and Gloria to handle all your financial needs. I’ve been more then happy with their service!

Their processes are slow and clearly outdated. They should not ask you what you need if the amount given doesn't even come close. Also, they should not make an appointment and not be ready for you when you get there. This way, you can respectfully decline immediately knowing the result before the proof, additional hassle, paper completion and disappointment set in. This particular location is nothing like the previous branch I used to utilize. They all need to be cohesive.

The loan process was simpler than I thought it would be with the help that they gave me!
