Paid to have a lien on the title. I wonder what they did with the money that was supposed to go to the D.M.V.? The original title just sat in a filing cabinet. I did ask where my new title was with no satisfactory answer. When I paid off the loan, the employee called the D.M.V. to remove the lien. There was never a lien placed on the title. This took place about 6 months ago. Don't go to the cash store.

This was the most awesome experience for me and my son. We prayed about where to go to get some help and I was led to go to West Bend Cash Store and Debbie was my Angel in disguise. She was patient and excellent in Customer Friendly Service and completely knowledgeable. She directed us to the right process for us and walked us through it expertly. I appreciate someone like her in these interesting times that we live in. Wonderful job Debbie and Thank God for you, because there are times when some help is needed.

They only gave me $120 on a vehicle title loan. Complete garbage. Really? My truck is apparently only worth $120? Yeah great, that $120 really helped out a lot while I'm in a pinch here.... not.
