Glacier Hills Credit Union, West Bend, WI

Been a member here for 30+ years, but things have been sliding faster and faster downhill since they switched online platforms and farmed out their credit cards to a different vendor a couple years ago. I'm all for change, especially if it saves money, but not when service/user friendliness suffers because of it. Lately, account messages and emails go unanswered for weeks (and counting). When you connect with someone on the phone you're given misinformation. I never thought I'd say this about GHCU, but there are much better options out there. Looks like it's time to take the rest of my financial business elsewhere.

Since opening an account with Glacier Hills CU this is my experience. Attitudes when I call, mistakes made on my loan, not following through with what I ask of them, had to explain how loan amortization works to the loan officer.... lastly I sent a few customers of mine in the beginning but quickly found out that was a mistake.

Kelly Masnica helped me with getting a loan. She was amazing and super nice. I would recommend her if you need a loan she got the entire process done in a day.

Katie Carlson is a rock star of a loan officer. We have worked with her on two loans, and she has been great. Katie's customer service is nothing short of amazing. She worked very quickly to get us approved and our loans done. Even the dealership commented on how great Katie was and what a great rate we had with Glacier Hills. Robyn was amazing to work for an auto loan! It was a seamless process that took literally a day. I was apply to apply online and close the next day via Docusign. The rate was the best I could find too! I would highly recommend Glacier Hills CU to anyone.
