They charged me for unemployment insurance that was supposed to pay my payments if I became unemployed and then when I lost my job, they refused to make those payments. Then they refused to refund the amount that I paid for the insurance. They are complete frauds.

Was approved online and even have a copy of the approval. Called the branch and was told I was denied because I needed collateral. I asked why it approved me online then and was told it was an automatic approval based on collateral which is a lie because I never put I had collateral or anything like that so how could it be based off collateral when I never put any of that info in? She simply said it's just an online thing and that even tho they say you're approved no problem when you call or go to the branch it's not a guarantee which just doesn't make sense. Don't go here or apply because they'll run your credit multiple times and lower your credit score even morem

The West Bend, WI, branch is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. I would not recommend anyone to deal with the people at this branch. I have met all the conditions of my loan, will have paid it off early by tomorrow and will never ever deal with the company because of the people working at the West Bend, WI, branch.
