I have had to deal with Kelsie and Toni, for the past two weeks, due to a very unpleasant event by a dealer and this finance company turned my woe's into aweeeee's. They listened, educated, treated me with so much respect, and turned this whole ordeal into the best customer service experience I have ever had. I cannot praise this company enough for working just as hard for the customers as they do for the company they are financing for. Thank you again and again Time Investment as you have proved yourselves worthy to get this 5-Star Review !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The 3.1 Google rating should tell you enough but here you go. They received a payment in march from my mother , unfortunately she also passed away that month. I have tried in vain since April to get through to ANYONE at this company. Unfortunately their phone system prompting has made it impossible to reach anyone. This company is worthy of nothing more than my contempt and disgust. I'm currently looking at a bill from April 20th 2022 with a request date of 5/31/2022 and today's date is 6/10/2022 and i received a notice that they liened her property. This schlock company is nothing more than the ever corrupt Wells Fargo with a different spelling If you read the negative comments about this company it is obvious that they appear to be a predatory leader and they also appear to prey on the elderly!

PLEASE stay away from this company if you can. Our experience is that they prey upon the elderly. This company entered in to a "contract" with our Mother, who was in her 70's for some replacement windows on her home. They installed exactly 3 windows and have told my sister she now owes $8k, even after our mother paid over a year on her loan. The really bad part is that our mother had been confirmed by a doctor with Alzheimers dementia and even after being given proof of diagnosis, that specifically states that she is unable to enter into a contract. these people filed a lien on her home after her death and refuse to release it unless we pay them. Unethical at its worst!

Seriously the biggest scam of a company. They told us we had 12 months to pay off with 0 interest only to find out they started the 12 month period 2 months before our first payment, which led us having to back pay all the interest over the course of the year. Their customer service is horrible and so unhelpful when trying to explain this.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was forced to use this company. It turned out to be a wonderful experience, thanks to Toni. She is smart, capable, and very patient. She worked hard on my behalf and it paid off.

I just had the best customer service representative by the name of Amber. She was very helpful. very, very pleasant to speak with.. I was thinking I was going to be on the phone for at least 15 minutes to resolve my issue. But she may have taken about 2 minutes the most to assist me, she was very efficient. Amber you are the best. Customer service representative like yourself is few and slim these days, thank you again for your great customer service skills, keep up the good work.

Time investment company is the best loan company. Most important part is these guys have heart. They care about their clients. I got loans to fix my major roof issue. I m a single women works paycheck to paycheck. Life is difficult sometimes. Bills vibes off your money. I had difficulties to pay them on time. But they were never rude to me never even reported me to credit union. Very helpful Very understanding which is I never seen in any company who deals with money. Time investment company have my fully appreciation for their wonderful costumer service and wonderful policy. Thanks from my heart.
