Used to be great, now I would say bank literally anywhere else and you will have a better time. Humans don't answer the phones any more, they block debit cards for no reason and try to blame Shazam. Shazam will say your card is unblocked and then when you try to use it to spend YOUR money, SURPRISE! STILL BLOCKED. If you want control over YOUR money, don't bank with WCCU.

By far the best credit union or bank anywhere! I have had too many instances that they have proven how great they are, that if I were to type them up it'll take me years. Never an issue, always got a same day call back, and never had a single issue. Even when I lived in Louisiana, I stayed with them and they were more that satisfactory during that period.

WCCU Credit Union in Westby, Wisconsin is one of the best community banks I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Please help them in their collection of hat and glove drive and of course supporting our community. They have many things that go on to support our community so stop in and support them and our local community and our shops in our community. I love our little farm community.

Used to be an ok credit union, unfortunately they have gone down hill especially in Viroqua. They have horrible debit card fees, the loan department is slow as well as the assessors they use. They are afraid of deposits especially on the mobile app. Making it useless. They have since changed the policy on earning interest so unlikely new members will benefit. Unfortunately Vernon County doesn't have many good options for financial services or banking. If possible I'd go the extra mile and go to La cross, or Summit credit union in the Dane County or Sauk County. They have a great mobile bank and don't have ATM fees.

Been banking with them over 10 years. Even when I move all over the country I still stay with them. They treat me super good. Tim and Stephanie and Teri go above and beyond for me. Refuse to bank anywhere else.
