CoVantage Credit Union, Weston, WI

I have been there three times now to set up an estate account. I've been banking with Covantage for 30 years. I always go to the Crandon branch (which I absolutely love and have the best service). Why should Weston be any different. Well it is. Every time I've been there, there's been a reason I couldn't meet with someone to set up this account, they are on lunch, they just took someone for a big loan etc,. I've asked to be called so I could come over when they are available as I work just around the corner and can make myself available. Well no call. She did take my number but not my name. Pretty funny if you ask me. The receptionist in the lobby is not very nice and seems to be bothered when anyone walks in. That's ok I'll just go to my local branch (Crandon) before work Monday morning as I know I'm treated with respect and they don't mind helping me as I'm not a bother to them. If you are going to be greeting customers maybe you should smile and actually help them and do as you say you will. Pretty disappointed with this branch.

Katie Matz and Howard Heinrich are possibly some of the most best people to work with at Covantage. They have a true understanding of what it's like to work with people who just start out their own business. I wouldn't choose any other financial institution to do business with as long as Katie and Howard are around. If I could make this a 10 star review I would. Thanks again for all you do you guys rock!

I met with one of the personal bankers to look at opening a personal and business account. There was some ambiguity whether or not I was a fit for the credit union, membership, etc. and that was brought up before the visit. I live in the area so that was not in debate. We found out pretty quick that from a Services perspective there was not a fit, but I was frankly taken aback by some of the presumptiveness and the arrogance of the personal banker. Our business is moderately sized and we were banking in numerous States. She informed me numerous times how big of a deal CoVantage was, referred to our business as odd, and told us we likely could not find another credit union that could help us nor would most want to. PostScript - we did wind up taking our business to another credit union in town.

All I have to say about this place is they gave me a chance when no one else did and they have always done right by me. Thank you CoVantage!!

Incredibly helpful staff. Every teller and member specialist I have met has been very knowledgeable and friendly. CoVantage as a whole is a place that treats you right. Banking process is great and loan/credit applications are very easy. HIGHLY recommend to anyone for any sort of financial needs.

Do not go to drive through here in weston at 5pm only 3 cars however still took over 10 minutes.
