One of the worst companies I have worked with. Insurance department and payment department, conveniently my automatic payments that were set up from the start of the loan "stopped" working but then when I'm on the phone or use the portal on my own then it works...just want to be able to slap more interest on. Then all of a sudden same insurance that I've also had is no longer acceptable. Have a couple more months until I'm finally done with them and I can't wait. Please please please if you have any other option go with them DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

I personally think the fact that this place Somehow manages to have a one and a half star rating is just beyond me. They are extremely unprofessional extremely rude whenever you call you were being towed different information no one ever seems to be on the same page, they tell you that the calls are recorded for quality and training purposes so when you try to confirm that you were told one things and you ask them to play back the cause they say they only keep them for a couple of days no one ever seems to know what’s going on no one can ever seem to get you a straight answer they try to overcharge you and double bill you and hopes that you won’t notice even when you ask them to take your card information off of file they still keep it on file. This place is extremely unprofessional

Truck was damaged in an accident after the payment that month was made on it and the insurance through them. Truck should have been repaired or totalled and they refused to take a claim, saying we hadn't made are payment and were trying to get out of make the payments for the truck. We even sent pictures of the damage. The repoed the truck and sold it at auction for less then 2000 dollars according to them. I've asked for proof of sale at auction stating how much they got the refused to send it to me. Now they will not take my calls. They put it on are credit for almost the amount we where buying the truck for. Like we never made a single payment, we had truck for more than 2 years. Now having to deal with there lawyers and they are not calling us back either.

Went in to see options, felt completely forced to get a vehicle and has been a nightmare since. I would not recommend this place for anyone especially with bad credit it will only get worse. They just want your money and will end up paying 3x the amount you should.

I made my monthly payment just like all my other payments at least 3-4 days early every month and now they took out yet another payment. Will be calling them and they will be giving me my money back. Not happy this is the 2nd time this has happened to me in almost 3 yrs.

Worst finance company ever!!! Forced me into a car saying it was the only vehicle they could finance me for, knowing damn well that was a lie, but desperate for a vehicle accepted it. Only to have them sell me an unsafe, unreliable car. Then when they set up your payment date, they don't work with you. I asked to have it set for the 1st that's when I get paid, nope they made it for exactly 1 month from the day I signed. I sent two emails complaining of car problems and service lying on about my cars issue being my fault, and no response. Now they threaten to repo after 1 week of no payment and 1 month of purchase. I could go on n on, but they need to be sued.

I don't love this company, but when I was frustrated with the new payment system Gina was SO helpful and kind. She was very responsive and apologetic for the issue and got it resolved in a very timely matter. I hope that every time I call she's the one who answers! We love Gina, go Gina
