When my husband and I first got in the worker had an attitude because they only want one person in there during Covid which is understandable, HOWEVER, we explain he has medical conditions and can't be alone unless they want to deal with the possibility of him passing out and falling. Then she refused to do her job. We explained the bank our check goes through has people to 9 and his life insurance company is 24hrs. She didn't seem to like the fact we checked before wasting our time to go cash it. She stated she wasn't going sit on the phone for an hour to get this amount authorized so we had to leave. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because I understand we are in a pandemic and she was probably scared but the attitude was definitely not justified.

Leigh, the store manager, is fantastic to work with! Fair, quick, and simple process when you need this service. Highly recommended.
