Interest rates on savings are better than BB&T/Truist. Friendly, helpful staff and overall great experience. I've seen better online banking interfaces, but theirs definitely isn't bad; the customer service and cash-money numbers make up for any minute digital deficiencies. You won't regret banking here, especially if you live close by. If you're thinking about robbing this place, don't. They're good people who don't deserve that kind of stress. You'll get caught anyway. Crime is stupid. Make smart choices, like opening an account here. Edit- My problems with online banking were just user error. That, or they've since fixed whatever my issue was. You shouldn't have any issues.

Really great people and great Bank have been Banking here for years

We have dealt with a lot of banks and avoided them for years. Then we found this one and our minds have changed. I absolutely love this bank along with the ones who work there. They’re all super friendly and don’t mind helping even when you have stupid questions. We will never switch banks.

I love all the people who work here. I am greeted with a smile every day and they are always willing to help.

The teller was rude in her tone of voice, I ask her to refund my monthly ATM fees and she did not.
