Have been banking with them since I was 14 years old. They always try to help as best they can and are willing to work with you even when you are frustrated and dont understand something. I have had accounts with other banks and have closed those accounts. But I will probably bank with them for years to come.

This is the worst bank to go to. I have had money come up missing on more than one occasion and the first time I got no help from them at all, I’m actually about to call them right now because my money is gone. I’ve had people be rude to me and I didn’t even get notified that my money was being used in weird locations like in California. I wouldn’t waste my time and money with this bank because it isn’t a secure bank to keep your money in

Went into the bank had pre called to speak to diane the lady at the counter asked what she could do from accross the rotunda . I said id like to talk to diane she then proceeded to ask why i said i had already spoken to her and repeating it in the rotunda wouldnt help at all....she pressed ....now the drama ....i dont like to discuss my business in the open. She was a tard glad im out closed acct so middle finger hagd
