E Z Sales & Pawn, Bluewell, WV

So I literally forgot my items were in pawn and went to get them 2weeks after pick up date. Needless to say my items were gone. I remember when I took them in the guy acted as though it was yeah and he was doing me a favor. All name brand craftsman tools and Husqvarna weed eater. Less than 6 months old! Took advantage of me is what they did. I see people 2 months or more late and always get their items back! The women are extremely rude and arrogant! Make people feel less than! I had a horrible experience! It was hard enough that I had to ask for their help but to be made to feel like I was nothing because of it. Never will I do business here again! Would give zero stars if possible!

If I could give a zero star I would. I wouldn't waste my time if you have any class or respect about yourself I would go to gold n pawn down the street especially if your dealing with jewelry they have more knowledge on the value of things...

Very unfriendly and rude! The employees act as they are entitled and better than the person asking for their help. They seem to take advantage of people in need offering way less than items are worth. It’s a shame really.

Nathan and the ladies that work there always treat everyone like family. Whether you're needing that extra little amount of money to tide you over until payday or if you're looking to find a good deal on your next purchase. They are always there to answer your questions and help in anyway they can.

Always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff waiting to assist you with any questions you may have. Also, stocked most always with a wide variety of items of all sorts, you never know what they may have that could save you a trip to the bigger box store. As a local business this is a preferred way to keep money circulating locally and to ensure survivalmof.small business alive and well. There are many items found here that can not be found elsewhere locally also, many tools of all varieties and a wide assortment of firearms and weaponry for hunting enthusiasts as well as collectors. Usually a good amount of electronics and gaming items also, and usually quite a wide assortment of musical instruments and amplifiers, especially electric guitars. Nathan and his staff also work with many local people in the additional business provided at this location, and evaluate items for short term pawn or sale and trade. It has been my experience that this is done according to comps found online and is always met with a fair price agreement most always. Great local business and service for the community of Bluewell and the surrounding areas.
