I've been with the bank for almost a year. I made the mistake of selling an antique lamp on marketplace and accepting payment thru zelle on my banking app per the request of the buyer. After I shipped the item, he made a claim with zelle that I frauded him. The bank didn't contact me regarding the matter and did absolutely nothing as my bank to protect me. They actually helped that guy fraud me by giving him my money that he zelle'd to me for the lamp. So, not only am I out the antique lamp, I'm out the money for the lamp and the cost of shipping. Thanks FCB for helping to fraud me out of what totals about $500! To top it all off, I can no longer use the app. I'm treated like the criminal and I'm the one that lost over $500 and the bank that I trusted with my money helped to fraud me. That's not acceptable!

I’ve had to reset my password and username at least a dozen times just because the app is so glitchy. My account gets locked when I try to use it online and I have to wait until the next business day to call. I can’t pay my own phone bill because the entire website is blocked. I try adding the account to new services and BAM, account locked. Waiting on that direct deposit?? Too bad! It’s coming in the mail now because FCB froze my account and didn’t let me know! AMAZING CHOICE

This bank is very slow and I never get paid on time. The app is extremely slow and no one will ever answer your calls.

Absolutely ridiculous that there isn’t 24 hr service for debit cards. They send a text about suspected fraud asking me if I’m using my card but still lock the card after I respond with yes I am using it. Why bother to ask? And God forbid it’s a weekend or evening bc there aren’t any CSR’s available unless it’s 9-5 M-F. Continuous issues with the app make it for the most part useless. The only reason for giving any stars is that they have wonderful employees who are not only very friendly and patient but also great at what they do
