Word of advice: Never get a ring resized here. Why? Because even with contact information, they will not contact you if something comes up. My fiance tried to get her ring resized and they told her two days. She returned to get the ring and not only had they not resized it, they never bothered to call her and let her know. Two days wasted for them to just to hold onto the ring. Incredibly unprofessional. The only reason I gave one star, is because I had to in order to leave a review.

Very nice service but low ball pricing on your goods. It's better to sell to them than to pawn

Needed gas money so I could get to Morgantown for cancer surgery. I took my laptop in. They gave me $30. Sold it for $200

I am not sure how they stay open, the staff is rude, the shelves are empty. I used to really like this place.

Wanted to purchase a guitar . Asked to try it out thru an amplifier. It had electronic issues did not make the purchase.. shame

I've went in to just buy and the staff has been rude, this one lady brought in a canon camera, and like 6 lenses and they tried to offer 50.00 on a loan, and luckily she wasn't falling for it. Most of their stuff for a few bucks more I can buy new. Not worth the time or effort.

Not particularly fond of the staff as they act like your bothering them. And then they price items so high that you can bargain with them and they will still come out with more than they paid for it. Perfect example of degradation of the folks who need a little hand. They make you feel like you are less than a person..
