Our experience was great. Except for electronically signing the paperwork. From a cellphone this is not user friendly. It was very frustrating trying to maneuver back and forth. Why isn’t paper an option?! Our salesperson, Rebecca was wonderful. Very helpful.

Beware. Dishonest and rude. After you pay off your loan, they will keep your car title for 30 days (even if you pay with a cashiers check).

I put in the loan application Saturday and as soon as they opened on Monday they contacted me! I had set up a time to finalize the loan on around lunch time, and the person I was working with was out on lunch. Megan who answered the phone went ahead and worked with me to finalize it and get me taken care of!
Overall a very pleasant, kind experience and I am so happy that it went so well.

Until recently I had been a customer of OneMain financial in Charleston WV. About 4 years ago I had asked for an increase and they required a lien on a vehicle. I thought that everything was fine. 2 years ago we moved to FL. Just recently I was able to pay off our loan. This is where my issues begin with OneMain and their professionalism. They were sent a lien release by Huntington banks the original loan holder. But I have come to find out from the DMV that OneMain never registered the lien with the DMV. But I was told several times that they had mailed me the title. After never receiving the title they said they could only mail a lien release but they they failed to notarize it. Let me cut to the chase I would never trust them to follow proper procedures on a loan involving collateral. Not to mention that either they have been lying or they are completely clueless
