I called in to get information on starting an account and the person I spoke with was entirely rude!

I moved here from out of state and called this credit union. The receptionist just said: hello I asked her if this was the credit union and she said yes. I asked her her interest rates and she said that unless I was a member I could not have them (without asking me if I would like to become a member!!!) if you are looking for a credit union in West Virginia I will stay as for away from this one as I could.

Terrible place to do business with! They don’t even report to any credit bureaus so it’s pointless to do any loans here! Beware!
