City National Bank of WV, Cross Lanes, WV

Ancient ATMs, grumpy customer service, clueless tellers, slow system that can take weeks to post accurate information to account, inability to work with modern programs like the Dot card or google pay. Just another bank dependent on lack of competition to force them to improve or to die. I have never moved so much money in and out of a bank and had so little repor with the their employees.

Employee very rude and disrespectful. Tried to call and they talked over me and hung up the phone while i was talking. RUDEST BRANCJ EVER!!!! Called the next day to talk to the branch manager, i see when his employees gets their rudeness from. He also hung up the phone on me. Never go to this branch. Some of the RUDEST employees there.

Credit not the best. The bank does not make it easy. Been there for 3 plus Years. Put $5,000.00 monthly. Can't even get a chance to improve credit score. Just need a chance to improve.

ATM rarely works. 90% of the time when I pull up it’s out of service. They should probably fix it.
