Employees are rude. They do not try to actually help you; you have to find out yourself what you need and request it. You can just tell they don’t want to do anything for you. I will use my Green Dot card way before I put my money in this bank.

Felt like an important customer 2.5 years ago when I opened several accounts. Just feel like a number now as nasty attitudes and poor customer service has increased. I am shopping my accounts elsewhere.

Great Service, I always get a smile when I walk in the door it's nice that my bank knows me by name they are always willing to go above and beyond to help me, even if I call they are always helpful.. I would highly recommend Long Reach to anyone looking for a new bank..
