Great bank if you want an entity that you pay money to for years and years and you never ask for anything in return. I paid a mortgage for nearly a decade every month on time, never late. I tried to take about 1/3 of the equity for a line of credit and despite a 700+ score they declined WITHOUT even appraising the home. Don’t worry they made sure to do a hard pull on my credit though. . I was using the line of credit to instantly make an additional $4k a month for a $100 payment. They didn’t like that I was using my equity to purchase assets that solidified their repayment instead of purchasing debt. I am currently in the process of switch mortgages to another bank who was happy to do the exact transaction.

Needed to dispute a charge and personal banker was kind and helpful and took time to explain the process. Thank you all for your hard work ☺️
