This is only a review about associate Kim L Brown. She is very unprofessional and has an elementary level communication style. If you must give business to this company do not do it with her!

Rick and his team are AMAZING! We sold our home in WA state to move to WV, after a falling out with Quicken Loans, these guys really put in the work to get us our dream home. They dedicated 6 months of their lives to get us to closing. They were also very quick to respond, tell us what they needed, and to battle the VA for us. I highly recommend this mortgage broker and Rick in particular, we could not be more over the moon with these guys. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Good luck to those of you applying for a loan and have a good day!

We started the loan process two months ago. Up front I asked what closing cost were to be and I was told it would be around 2500. They did not provide any of the financials until the day before we were to close. When we reviewed the documents we found the closing was 12,000. They were not transparent they were pushy into locking in a rate. I will say I found rocket mortgage more transparent and upfront about the cost. When we brought this up, it was like you flipped a switch. Everyone that was nice turned. The initail call was recorded and we were told they did not discuss all the fees and that we were right. They did not try to rectify the issue. I would not recommend there are to many other companies that I'm sure will treat their customers better.

Horrible communication. Had to call/text several times a day for a few days in a row before anyone would get back to us. On a friday, we were told we would be closing on the following monday. Monday came and we hadn’t heard from anyone. After several phone calls and emails we finally got ahold of someone monday before closing time. She informed us she had no idea why we were told that we were closing and that we weren’t. Ended up cancelling the entire process, after 2 months of stress and being in the dark we were done. We worked with 3 people through the entire process and I can’t say that they were ever once on the same page and telling us the same things. Horrible experience and do not recommend.
