I was very happy with my experience with Homespire in Martinsburg. They clearly explained everything to me and walked me through the details. The staff was very professional and I was able to get an excellent rate and low closing costs.

Homespire mortgage is a great company with knowledgeable people. At my job I work 60-80 hours a week the process of looking for and buying houses was very stressful for me. However the loan aspect of the process was virtually stress free. Homespire is a great company that explains every step of the loan process in great detail and keep you updated every step of the way. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

They do an excellent job and as a team, they offer the best standard in the market. They are very considerate in the process and with the best communication facilities at the moment and in real time. I recommend them and they are professionals in the process. We are very pleased.

This office is full of people who do not get back to you. I was interested in a mortgage for myself and not 1 loan officer got back to me. They apparently don't want the business. I met Jackie in person, she seemed authentic and like she would follow through with what she said, but she has not been in contact with me since. I am very disappointed in this company. The company clearly sticks together and doesn't like real information about stuff. They don't like real partnerships and don't like REAL people. They have lost my business for life. Not only that but I will be spreading the word. This is bad business.

I could go on all day about how amazing Kevin Patrick and his team at Homespire is. From the very first phone call all the way to the closing table they were there for my family every step of the way, going out of their way to ensure we not only got the home we wanted but that we could afford the process. It’s evident to me that they care about their clients and it shows in their service. I would absolutely recommend this team to any prospective home buyer.
