Pendleton Community Bank, Moorefield, WV

I got a mortgage through Pendleton for a piece of property that had a structure on it that was in rough shape. I wasn't sure it could be financed, but Pendleton made it happen. I worked with Joey Vetter, and he was WONDERFUL. Not only was he able to finance the property, he was also courteous, professional, and very prompt in his communication - like old school customer service style. This wasn't an expensive parcel or anything but he still treated me very well. I just called to make my first payment and talked to another very sweet employee. If you're looking for a mortgage, or any banking needs, Pendleton is definitely the way to go! Also, they are servicing my loan which is a BIG DEAL to me. If you've ever had a load sold off, you know what a hassle it can be.
