First Exchange Bank, Morgantown, WV

First Exchange Bank has been my business banker for more than a decade. The front counter personnel in the University Ave branch always provide friendly, helpful and warm services. We switched from a bigger bank to the smaller FEB because for the same service received there is no monthly fee charged by them.

The place was not crowded. Their service was fast and good. They assisted me as soon as I entered.

After a my account was compromised by malicious software repeatedly charging me without authorization, this bank issued me dozens of overdraft fees they wouldn't refund, then closed my account without notifying me.

I have been with this bank for over 12 years now. I love the people and the service.
