Unified Bank Moundsville Location is a 5-STAR mainly because of the dedicated staff that works to serve our community. Customer Service is their top priority and they make every experience unique and customized to the customer which I love. I can always count on an entertaining verbal and non-verbal exchange during each visit. Sarah, Hannah, Bri & Cam (when not in school) are always fun, fast & accurate with my transactions. It makes me feel good and smile when I return to the drive thru after missing a week or two because of being out of town. They make me feel like I've been missed. I'm sure all other customers are made to feel the same. Lastly, the Leadership at the VP level always ensure that my needs are met and that I'm aware of new opportunities to save and invest. I TRUST the people at Unified!

I normally only use credit unions, however, Unified intrigued me with their accounts. I talked to the girls at the Moundsville branch and easily signed up for an account. Unified itself is by far the happiest I have ever been with a bank and in combination with the staff at the Moundsville branch , I can definitely recommend to sign up for an account with them.
