We had so many things to take care of walked in at 8am and was out of there by 10am. Not only were they fast but also proficient! Love it here!

I have been a customer with them for quite a few years. The people are friendly. You can actually talk to them if you have a problem. You don't wait forever in line. Their building is always clean and welcoming. I have had business with other banks in New Martinsville, Mounsdville, and other Ohio Valley areas. The branch of the Bayer Heritage in New Martinsville is the best by far. I highly recommend them.

Incredibly easy to set up an account and discuss loan options. Super helpful and friendly.

They never answer their phone. You use to be able to get someone on the line when you called, it was that personal touch. Now they are no better then all other big banks.

This is the worst Credit Union ever!! Terrible customer service and they literally can’t get anything right! I’m in the process of moving my accounts now!! If you’re considering banking with them please reconsider. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
