Got approved from a offer as the next day received the phone call to discuss the process as I was approved for a loan furthermore had to wait until I received my paystub to confirm the payment a few days later as I made the appointment to walk in as that day came I'd call to say I'm on my way and verify what I needed to bring, when I arrived no customers were waiting had to wait a hour to as well as they messed up the application which had to be ran again as that added another transaction on my credit report which they said wouldn't show up as well as another hour of confusion which the offer I received didn't match the loan which I already applied for, this actually took close to 4 hours as I told them I had to go due to being late for my job I came out with no paperwork which they said come back later to pick up as well as the loan is saying over what I received which the interest is much higher than I was mentioned so furthermore I'll be making a payment or two so it will help with my credit score as I transfer the loan to a credit card which is very much lower rates as this place had lied,as was added more than I was promised and only came out with a lower loan which I shouldn't accepted but I signed the contract as well as got fooled by the staffing!

I have had a very positive experience with One Main Financial. The loan officers are very friendly and have answered all of my questions. The payments are reasonable. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends!
