Community Bank of Parkersburg, Parkersburg, WV

Can't give zero stars unfortunately. This bank and it's staff are dishonest, unkind people. They will not hesitate to ruin children's summers, kick families out of their homes when it isn't their fault, violate disability rights, not follow the law, and take money from poor people that they shouldn't have taken from them. I'd avoid using Paige for anything. She is a terrible person who should be ashamed of herself.

Have been banking here since 1995 and their service is much better than the other big name banks hands down.

I needed to deposit a check for a large sum from a grand parent. Community bank puts a hold on my check for over a week which causes major issues with the place I needed to send the money. The best idea these people came up with was go to about 10 different atms and withdraw the money! Umm what? Then there is no way to send the money from community bank to another bank via transfer. Also, there is not a way to send money out of savings to anyone. Literally anyone. Seriously, this is the most local acting small bank I have ever seen. Don’t use these guys if you need to do absolutely anything outside of have your money direct deposited and a debit card.

Awesome place to do banking and great I mean awesome tellers with courtesy and kindness. Go out of their way to help, I've dealt with them many years and others also and Community Bank stands alone.

Teressa Orr, got the lien release out to my customer who was trying to ship his car out of the country in a very timely manner. She was very pleasant to deal with and professional. Thank you!!!

Went to community bank to Apply for a loan and I told jerred muggrage I only had 10k down and he approved me and said ok. I signed everything, got the sales contract from land and house… and then at the end of it says “oh you need like 26k down. He wasted my time and could have said that at the start. He said they could only cover 108k out of 135k…
