Really great company to work with on cashout refinances, can do loans on both sides of the river which is really great when it comes to kind of higher-end cashout-refis that need some level of flexibility.

Spent 3 months in underwriting process and going back and forth with Micheal McCartney from this bank spending countless hours providing everything needed. Throughout the entire process he failed to ever mention they've never done a loan in Pa. Obviously, the board decided to deny the loan (Not for anything to do with underwriting as we got approved there, but simply because it was in Pa). Needless to say this bank has cost our company thousands of dollars and a ton of wasted time. Received a denial apology email and nothing further, NOT EVEN A REPLY TO MY EMAIL from Mr. McCartney or a follow up call. Please be careful working with this bank and ensure you ask all of the right questions up front.
