Mountain Valley Bank NA, Parsons, WV

Just went in to get help with my account and the short haired old lady was very rude and spread her negativity on my day. I am going to withdrawal all my money and cancel my account. I have never felt disrespected by any other bank in my life. Keep your personal problems at home and keep your attitude to yourself.

Since their change of staff, this bank has lost all of my respect. You can feel the discomfort when you walk through the doors. They have the rudest group of younger staff working there who don't know what it means to be polite and smile. If you don't like your job or your customers, you don't belong in the position you're in.
