BCBank is a wonderful bank with top notch staff and services. If you are looking for a hometown bank for any of your banking or lending needs, I highly would recommend visiting a local branch.

Havent had any issues with the bank or the staff, but Im giving it 4 stars, cause apperently it takes a full weekend for a mobile deposit to go in if its done on friday, which is a long list of peoples pay day.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and very understanding. Have been banking here since February and haven't had any issue aside from a minor debit card misunderstanding. Great place to bank

Im not sure I would trust this bank... if they are too incompetent to post their actual hours of operation on their own site I doubt they are too good with your money. The hours listed are not their actual business hours, do not rely on this or them. The past 3 years they have failed miserably.

I’ve been using this bank less than a year and it’s been nothing but a disaster.

Their Automated Banking system is so confusing & outdated that no matter the right answer or the wrong, it’s always the same. No help & then just a dial tone after it hangs up on you. Thank god there happen to be no emergencies, bc you accomplish absolutely nothing, the same as calling during business hours. The incompetence astonishes me. The automated system is enough to make you commit suicide. I have never dealt with a more complicated banking system, that leaves you feeling completely overwhelmed, frustrated, & furious. I will be closing all of my Philippi BC bank accounts first thing tomorrow morning.
