New Peoples Bank, Princeton, WV

This is the absolute slowest bank that I've ever dealt with. Tellers stand around talking while it takes them 15 minutes to deposit a check... In the drive thru. This is EVERY time that I go thru this bank. Btw, depositing for a friend. Not my bank.

They have very poor customer service through the drive through. I'm changing banks. I have banked there for years and they wouldn't even cash a 126.00 check for me. I went straight to BB&T. They cashed it right away, no questions asked.. New Peoples made me show them my drivers license, proof of address and still wouldn't cash my check..

DONT JOIN THIS BANK. Banks been down for almost a week now. None of us can access our accounts. I want to switch banks and may do that after this mess is fixed.

Ever slow at drive thru window for commercial use. One person working all drive thru units. When very busy no other assistance is provided.

Absolutely the most fraudulent bank I've come acrossed and I've lived and dealt with several different banks regarding transfers from one bank to another. Absolutely unprofessional staff from the branch to regional. We spoke to 3 different managers and the only employee that could help us was card loss prevention, which I might add had nothing to do with why we were transferring banks. Absolutely do not bank with this bank....especially this branch! Well unless you want to just give away your money
