Was lied to with every call I made. One minute I'm approved for a loan, then I score up in person and was told it was denied. Then was told my car can be used for a title loan AFTER they took all my info about the car. I call back to see about setting this up to then be informed my car did not meet their criteria to begin with. All they care about is getting your application no matter what it takes.

Tried to refinance our loan. Said they would call back in a few minutes to get info. It’s been 3 days. Still waiting. Then they decide to take my payment out twice on a Friday so we have no money for the weekend because they took everything we have. Will NEVER recommend this company ever again.

Im very happy with the service I received. The ladies were throughout the entire loan process polite and made sure I understood all my options. This is my next level of getting my credit where I want it to be excellent. Thank you for your help with that. Once this is paid off my next purchase is a home.

Tried to get a small car loan for a pickup. Put in the application everything was submitted by Friday. Was tlod to call back monday no problem. So monday i called was told to give them a few mins they just got in no problem. Waited hour and an half then called back. I waa hung up on. So i called agin and was sent to voicemail. This company is very unprofessional.

In the past my experience with one main has been good, however I recently refinanced my loan , and they reneged on the original terms quoted, and I had two make a second trip for the closing. I will not recommend them to anyone.
