By far, this business ofers much more than the pawn shop on Charles Town's main street. This store is bigger with a wider array of stock. Prices are definitely fair and trade-ins of any kind will be taken with good thought and integrity. The only drawback to me is that the building is very dimly-lit and could benefit much from better lighting to create a warmer and more welcoming atmosphere.

I will never recommend this place again. I’ve done business with them off and on for several years. I had a problem and two phone calls and a trip into the store and I was told several different things but still the problem is not fixed. The manager Lexie was very rude like it was my fault that I was told several different things. I will never do business with them again. NOT recommend at all.

My man’s Jason hooked me up with a good deal before my mothers wedding & put a couple extra bucks in my pocket before the trip & a couple extra smiles as well on both ends. Appreciate you dawg!
