KV Jewelry and Loan - St. Albans, Saint Albans, WV

Was hoping to pick up some new power tools, stopped in KV to check out selection and I couldn't believe how high the prices were. They wanted nearly as much as Lowe's did for brand new stuff! Insane.

I was there today 8/25/21 was greeted by a nice gentalman, upon going to make a purchase I had to ask a younger guy to open the display case. He was very RUDE and was claming that he didn't have a key for it and did not want to ask anyone for a key. He had a full beard about 5' 11 sandy blonde hair and on the skinny side. So he lost the store around 1,000$ of Camera gear & a Camera. If I was manager he would be fired.

Went in and bought a 1/2 snap on air impact. Was told it worked like it should. Went to work the next day and tried it out and it wouldnt take off a single lug nut. Called down there and explained to them what was happening and had a video of how the gun performed and they said to bring it back in and they would issue a refund, showed them the video and they would only give me a 50% refund on the item even tho it didn't hardly worked. I know its the chance I take on pawn shop finds but its whatever. Wouldnt be stopping back in there again. Ill take my business to wills from now on

I’ve stepped into this place three times in as many months. Not ONCE has an employee said hello or offered to help. The last time, I was the only person in the store, with cash in hand to purchase a $300 item, but they all just stared at me as if I had three eyes. No one even said hello!! If you get paid commission, shouldn’t you be a little more willing to help? Otherwise, the owner doesn’t have to hire anyone but a cashier! This time, walked in to purchase an Xbox One S and not only did they have them all priced $40 above retail, but, not a single person offered to open the case or attempt to “sell” anything. I know it’s a local company and I try to support local, but I went and bought a new one from Walmart because at least they make the attempt to help. I wish the owner luck, but with that crew, I’m sure his profits are lackluster at best.

Pawned a pistol that had been pawned there before.Its on their computer and their making me wait a week before I can pick it up.Whats up with this,they never did it before.I wont go there again.

Not really sure why I waste my time going in here whenever every single time me and my friends get followed around like they think I’m gonna rob the place even if we look halfway presentable.
