First time here since new management and I have to say 100% better then before, the staff was very helpful and friendly!! Shelves were loaded with merchandise!! Store was very clean and organized so you can find things easily. Whatever your looking for I guarantee they have it!! Definitely will be going back soon. Very pleasant experience.

The constomer service is great, nice clean establishment full of good stuff. Weather it's to buy, to get something on lay-away and pay as you go, or get a loan and/or sell something. Plus, you can sign up to be a Wills Club Memeber and have a chance to spin the "Big Bucks Wheel" each day you come into the store, and as your numbers add up, ( example: you spin and get the number 4, you get 4 dollars in Wills Club credit), you can use that as credit to purchase something, or keep stacking them up and use points alone to pick something out when you like :) just know, if you haven't used your club points by the last day of each year they will expire and start over.. These are good hard working kind people who work here, and strive for customer satisfaction! I Highly Recommend & personally won't go to any other pawn/ loan shop, other than Will Jewelry & Loan. Make them your "go-to Jewelry, Gun, electronic, loan or sell one stop shop too!! :)

They have all kinds of jewelry & tools. Great customer service. Speakers. Guitars. TV’s. Bow & Arrows. Blowers. Close to interstate and route 60. Close to gas & some eateries.

This place is way too expensive and I will never go back there again. The person we talked to was not that friendly at all and we even bought stuff but he acted like he couldn’t come down on the price at all but I know they can come down a lot more than what he did. I don’t know if he was just in a really bad mood or if that’s how it always is but if that’s how it always is, I don’t know how the doors are still open they have nice stuff in there but it’s over priced really really bad. That is why I’m giving them two stars I would give them more. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because they actually have a really good selection of jewelry and firearms, but they are just way too over priced.
