Scott and Tanya are really nice, professional and knowledgeable. They are very friendly and personable. The branch manager on the other hand does not appear to be very professional. She just walks around speaking out people’s personal information. She also interruptes when the loan officer asks you questions. Other than dealing with her, I have had a great experience.
