So many things make an amazing bank! Having a amazing bank starts with having some amazing staff! When it comes to amazing staff FNB is most certainly the highest rated in my book! Kind, friendly, respectful & always helpful! Anytime I need anything I call & ask for CJ because he is fast responding & helpful. If you’re looking for a bank that is always helpful, respectful, kind & actually cares about their customers FNB is the bank for you & Cj is the gentleman to contact!

Very nice bank! Doesn't look like much on the outside, but inside is great. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Even a free notary!

I have had pretty good service from this bank. I am part owner of a restaurant here in Buffalo, and my partner had a account with this bank which got me started. Since then my wife opened a personal checking account there, and the bank has been pretty good to deal with on the checking accounts. I have no experience with this bank when it comes to loans. The only reason I am not giving this bank 5 stars is because they will close any checking account within 3 days if the balance reaches $0. They are good about calling you and letting you know the account is about to close, but I think they should give you more like 30 days before closing the account. I have another business account at 1st Innerstate bank which I will probably move to First Northern in the near future.

We love this bank! It reminds us of our little bank in Oklahoma. They are nice and their service is top notch. We are very happy with them and highly recommend their services!!
