I buy here from time to time. I have always had good service from the people working here. That said I would buy a lot more often if they would lest some one other than a manager say yes to an offered price. I don't ask sometimes because I'm over hearing "hold on I gotta ask..." Give the employees a little wiggle room. Otherwise it's a decent pawn shop. I can not speak to the pawn side of things but the the sales side is decent.

If I could give it a no star I would. Tough times. I bought my wedding ring with my husband at jensen jewlers over 1 CT diamond and real white gold but they told me it was fake lol. I'm not being dramatic I'm sure in my sade at home I have all papers for this ring. It is what it is but I won't personally go back in there. Hope everyone the best of luck tho.

The service is always tense, I buy here now and then but friendly is not what I would call the staff. After they updated their hours I’m fairly sure they forgot to tell their staff the new hours because this place is never open when their store hours say they are. The low-ish prices are about their only saving grace.

This is a great place to do business, remember, this is a secondhand shop, always a good idea to double check your items you buy. I have not had problems here. Mindy, Carmen, Candy and the rest of the crew here always did the best they could to take care of me. Do right by them and they'll do right by you.

These are great people to work with. I’ve sold many items to them. Definitely one of the fairest places in town as far as selling your used items. The customer service is amazing. They really do what they can to make you happy. As far as buying goes definitely fair prices. Cheaper than you can find online. Jim is the manager and he definitely runs a good ship! His employees all seem very happy and just as friendly! Thank you guys for everything!
