Very kind, helpful, informative. BIG bonus, they're very much community orientated. Another bonus, they're not a bunch of old hags like they have at another bank in town, not mentioning any names....rhymes with pilltop

I didn't like using this ATM. It was completely exposed. Anyone could have seen me enter my PIN or could have shoved me aside and taken my money.

I just got told "Fine, Bye." And hung up on. I have worked with nice people here but man...that was not very pleasing to hear.

Very rude when it comes to minors cashing checks. They’re very accusatory and just downright nasty
