This store manager is a joke. Zero customer service skills and has no clue how to talk to people and has no idea what she is doing. I can't believe she still has a job.

Let's start out by saying stay away from this company. They blast you credit report fast and then only want old paperwork and not the current paystubs and w2 to work with you. They refuse to work with the individual and are definitly not worth making your credit worse by trying this place out. I have seen better customer service from a sade tree bank. The worst I have ever dealt with and will never trust them and send any one to this bad place.

I was led to believe they could lower my interst rate as well as my car payment. Well, that wasn't the case. The payments came down a little but not enough to make difference. The intrest rate went up and it nearly double what I owed! Worst decision of my adult life! Be wary of predatory loans folks!!

I do think your interest rates on a secured loan are ridiculously high and needs to be changed
