This is absolutely the best bank I have ever had!! This LOCATION in particular! AMANDA went above and beyond to clear up a miscommunication concern I had with my accounts that caused a substantial amount of over draft fees ! I live out of state and choose to keep Platte Valley Bank !! There’s not enough room to say how thankful and great full I am for Amanda !! I will continue to be a loyal customer even living out of state ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND BANK AND BRANCH!

I have been using Platte Valley Bank for all my business banking needs for the past 3 years and this has been the best bank I have ever worked with. They have gone the extra mile to help me out in every way possible. I have recommended them to many friends and family who have since switch over to PVB and I have heard nothing but great things from all of them.

So as far as buying a Vehicle with Melissa we had a great experience getting our truck loans (aside from them losing our title but no big deal). The issue I had was with Warren trying to get our home loan. For almost a month and a half everything was going “great” until 5 DAYS before closing he told us he couldn’t make the deal work because my wife was on maternity leave even tho he knew she was pregnant when we started the process. He just “assumed” she was taking leave and getting paid and we waited a month and a half even to be told “I’m so sorry” even tho he had all the info the day we started the process. It seemed as tho he waited until very last minute to get things rolling and realized he messed up making assumptions. After all that he didn’t seem to want to put the effort in to fix it. Very lazy and effortless if you ask me. We transferred to another lender and they got us squared away that day and now we’re only set back about 2 weeks and can thankfully still get our house no thanks to Platte Valley. I’d say most folks there are nice, especially with auto loans, but warren wasted a great deal of our time and we almost lost the house we really wanted because of that. Would not recommend a home loan through platte Valley as he is the only one that does them.

I've been banking with Platte Valley Bank for just a few months and I am so pleased to have made that decision. I love the prompt and friendly service i receive from the staff especially Ms. Robyn! Thank you Platte Valley for being so awesome!

Giving a one star only because I can’t give it zero stars. Always a hassle trying to deposit money or getting cash from my account. Finally got tired of waiting forever at the drive up and having to show my ID anytime I wanted to make a deposit even though I was using my account deposit slips. Never had an experience like this at any bank I’ve ever used. Decided today to close my account and move on to greener pastures somewhere else.To anybody that has an account here, I hope you have a better experience than I did.
