I'm selling my house and the buyer went through this establishment. The banker nancy had told my husband that she needed a paper signed so we didn't hold mark hostage with the earnest money. She's totally unprofessional and to top it off the buyer reported that she called him ar 5am to discuss banking and this was totally unprofessional.

After lying about our credit checks; trying to make me sign blank forms in violation of IRS regulations; carrying on conversations while I tried to focus on reading the hundreds of pages of paperwork I was given; and withholding information about escrow for repairs, the representative here informed us that our mortgage had not been sold quickly enough to qualify for the online payments I had specifically asked about and insisted I bring a paper check to pay in person. When I had purchased a check and drove out especially for the purpose, she refused the payment - because it was written for OVER the precise amount of the payment. Overall an unpleasant experience. But a second star because at least we did get our loan.

They were able to get everything done on time, and we closed on our home with no delays. She made our home buying process a breeze and enjoyable. Look no further, these people are it!

Nancy made the process of buying our new home so much easier. Communication and follow-up are her strengths, she will never leave you waiting on an answer to a question. She is quick to respond and guides you through the process at the level you need. I couldn’t recommend her, or Jonah Bank more!
