Bank of the West, Cody, WY

When the bank is open, the people are helpful. However, when I live 50 miles away from the bank and have to drive into Cody.. and they are either "temporarily " closed or the lobby is closed. This location needs a BETTER manager

This is the slowest bank I have ever been to. Every single time I wait 20 min or more for a simple transaction. I'm currently in the drive up, still! I only wanted to deposit cash. I sent in my info and have only been spoken to once. There was one car here in the commercial lane when I got here. Now there is another car who has waited forever and all we need are receipts. Please hire more people or work on your sense of urgency! Oh well now the car that got here after me was helped before I was....awesome. got here at 12:10 and I'm still writing this at 12:27

I received a call from one of the bankers, Stephanie O’Donnell, who introduced herself as one of the newer staff. She was very caring and offered to help with any concerns or questions and even though I don’t live in Wyoming and Bank of the West is not my main bank I am HIGHLY considering making them after this interaction! Kudos young lady. Your employers should be grateful to have you.

All I needed to do was retitle my truck loan from a personal vehicle to a business vehicle. After 2 months they finally got it done. It was not done in another bank. Both loans through bank of the west. Seems pretty simple. They lost the business title. Now I get to pay for duplicate title and run around getting it fixed. No one answers the phone and the lobby has been closed for about a year now. Aweful service.

Zero stars isn't an option. If you like your own money don't put it with these jokers. Closed my account with plenty of money in it and all my auto payments setup. They had no idea why they were doing it. They stole money straight from my account at close. The branch manager was a particularly rude lady to both my mother and I. Light your money on fire before putting it in this bank
