Incredible experience. I came in with a big dilemma, and Peter was kind and calm while he was helping me. He gave me options and an end goal. I was able to come back a few days later, and he remembered exactly what my issue was. He helped me as much as he could and then sent me to Jeff. Jeff was a delight to work with. Very positive attitude and incredibly understanding. Jeff and Peter made me confident in doing business there.

I had several transactions to complete so I decided to go inside the credit Union instead of using the drive-up window. Anna was extremely helpful and as usual, greeted me by name. She was very helpful and professional. She is an asset to this fine establishment!

The bank I was with before I was with them since 2019. Nobody in the bank that whole time could’ve ever remember my name. I went to the credit Union and not only did they take time to learn my name but they also informed me to how to better serve myself with credit and proper checking and savings account. I feel more prepared in the one hour I spent with them then all the years I was with my other bank.

I have banked here for years and years. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. We recently bought a car, and Michelle went above and beyond to help us with that loan and transaction. She followed up through email, and kept in communication with us.

Cody Branch: There aren't enough stars ! My only regret is that I wish we had found VFCU sooner. From our first auto loan to the one we have now we were guided through the process by our loan officer Michelle Nielsen. She did a quick calculation on our auto loans from another credit union and saved us money with a lower interest rate. The tellers are friendly, fast and accurate. Jeff is so kind and helps us when Michelle is on vacation. Thanks to everyone at the branch !!!!

The small but mighty branch office in Cody is a great benefit to the community. From the skilled Teller staff like Rebekah to Michelle in Lending and Jeff as branch manager. Valley earns my business every day! Thank you - Recommend.
