Looks like banks don't get many reviews! Shout out to Lindsey at Points West, who is always courteous, friendly and efficient! Now I can add responsive to that list: She replied to an email I sent the company about upcoming changes to my account with a personal phone call offering useful suggestions and ultimately a solution to my particular issue. This is an area in which hometown banks can still surpass big corporations and their automated "customer service" drones! Trustworthy folks like Lindsey help to allay our fears and make it so I don't have to keep my cash in a sock under the mattress (at least for now). Thanks, and keep up the great work!
