Trona Valley Federal Credit Union, Evanston, WY

The online banking is the absolutely worst I have ever seen. It's not user friendly. It's complicated to work, login, make payments, and connect an external account. Making a payment is completely complicated and a pain. This app and making payments makes me want to sell my car and never use their bank again.

Holy moly - this is the best bank I have ever been a client of and still am. I am so glad they bank share and I can use other credit unions along with them! I am sad I had to move out of Evanston so I cannot drive up to this building whenever but when I was there, I opened 3 accounts and got a personal loan to pay off some debt - with a much lower interest rate. : ) I walked in needing something, had a great, smooth experience - the people that helped me were nice and fast - got what I needed and walked out with my business done. I have had a smooth experience bank sharing down here in Utah with them. Great bank right in the small town of Evanston. Wheelchair accessibility, great parking situation, convenient location on the corner. And love their app, it's easy to navigate and use.

I love the Evanston Branch!!! They have the best customer service from the time you walk threw the doors or pull up to the Drive Thru window ALWAYS everyone always have nice smiles and GREAT attitudes.. All of the Staff go out of there way to make sure every experience is GREAT!!! If you have any questions or concerns and for sum reason the don’t know the answer they go and ask until they can find someone that can give you the answer.. They all work together as a TEAM..

I love this place, they have been Amazing in helping with all of our moms financial stuff. I love that you are always greeted with a friendly smile and you are helped with that same friendliness. They are happy to answer any question no matter how trivial it may seem. These ladies are a great bunch, they are very educated with all the latest banking techniques. They go above and beyond to help you in every way possible.

Love this bank, worked with me in a rough financial time. I am giving it a 5* due to they do not have a 4.5 ... The bank and all the employees are great my only complaint is I wish the inside had an ATM. I ABSOLUTELY DISLIKE where their outside ATM is. It has nothing to do with the employees or the bank itself but the building planner really should of chose a better spot for the ATM.

Trona Valley has great people. We have always been helped and had good experiences with Trona, and their people !! Shout out to Gayle in Evanston for helping my son with his first loan ! It was a great experience for him and you were always super helpful!

Trona Valley Credit Union is always a great place to visit and do business. I've never had a bad experience there, the staff are always smiling and friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. (And they have fresh free popcorn everyday!). 😃 …
